HistoryQuest Racing is a business specializing in Building, Testing and Tuning engines. Founded in 1989 by Michael Faucher, Jim Drake, and Charlene Moran, the business is now an enterprise owned and operated by Michael Faucher. The business originally began as a race team eager to race their ’67 Chevy II in the quarter-mile. What started out as “helping fellow racers” turned into a business in the racing industry. In 1996 the last of the ”Quest Chevy II’s” was sold and the first engine dyno took its place. As Mike puts it, “We took the track to our shop, and gave it optimum conditions”.
